Delete Your FeeOne Account

Permanent account and data deletion

The fastest method is inside FeeOne: open Settings, tap Delete Account, review the warning, then confirm Delete Permanently.

What is deleted

Your profile, students, batches, fee and payment records, receipts, attendance records, report identity and FeeOne subscription record are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@nivya.in from the email address used for your FeeOne account. Use the subject Delete my FeeOne account. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 7 working days.

Google Play subscription

Deleting your FeeOne account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play before deleting the account. FeeOne cannot cancel a Play subscription on your behalf.

Retention

After deletion, production account data is removed. Limited security or transaction records may be retained only when legally required, then removed after the applicable requirement ends.
