Refunds and payment issues

Email us from the address on your account and include the Google Play order ID and purchase date. Our Refunds & Cancellation Policy sets out what you are entitled to and how long it takes.

Deleting your account

Delete immediately from Settings in the app, or use our account deletion page. Verified email requests are completed within 7 working days.

If you find a vulnerability, please tell us at support@nivya.in before disclosing it publicly. We will respond quickly and credit you if you would like.
