Common questions
What counts as an active student?
Any student you have not marked inactive. If a student leaves, mark them inactive and the slot frees up — their payment history stays.
Will I be charged automatically?
Paid plans renew through Google Play. You can cancel at any time in Google Play; access continues until the paid period ends.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your records stay available. You can keep recording payments, marking attendance, sending individual reminders, sharing payment receipts and exporting a JSON backup. CSV exports and paid attendance reports require Growth or Pro; advanced Pro features require Pro. Adding or reactivating students is limited by your current plan; existing students are not hidden.
What if I go over the limit and then downgrade?
Your existing students stay exactly as they are. We never deactivate or hide students you have already added.
How do I pay?
Through Google Play inside the Android app, using the payment methods available on your Google account.
