Terms & Conditions
Last updated 22 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Nivya, the operator of FeeOne (“we”, “us”) for use of the FeeOne Android app and this website. By creating an account you accept them.
1. What FeeOne is
FeeOne is a record-keeping app for tuition teachers and coaching institutes to track students, batches, monthly fee payments and class attendance.
It is a register, not a payment system. FeeOne does not collect fees from your students and does not move money between you and them. You collect fees however you already do — cash, UPI, bank transfer — and then record it in the app.
2. Your account
- You need a valid email address, which we verify.
- One account is for one teacher or institute. Keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have your guardian’s permission.
3. Your data belongs to you
Everything you enter stays yours. We claim no ownership of it and we do not use it to train anything, sell it, or share it for advertising. We store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Data about your students
You decide what student information to enter. You are responsible for having the right to record it, including any parent or guardian consent your local law requires for a child’s details. Please enter only what you need for your fee register.
5. Plans and payment
- The Free plan allows up to 20 active students and has no time limit.
- Growth allows up to 150 active students. Pro allows unlimited active students.
- Growth and Pro include the Collection Assistant and optional local notifications on the teacher’s device. Device permission is required and can be turned off in Settings.
- FeeOne may prepare a WhatsApp message, but the teacher must review and send it. FeeOne does not send WhatsApp messages automatically.
- Paid plans are auto-renewing Google Play subscriptions available monthly or yearly. Google Play shows the price and renewal terms before purchase.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues until the current period ends.
- Google Play processes payment. We never see your card, bank or UPI credentials.
- Current prices and included features are on the Pricing page.
- Refunds are governed by Google Play rules and our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
We may change prices in future. Google Play will show or notify you of applicable changes before they take effect.
6. When a paid plan ends
Your records are never deleted or hidden because a subscription ends. You can continue recording payments, marking attendance, preparing individual WhatsApp reminders, sharing payment receipts and exporting a JSON records backup. Collection Assistant dashboards, guided collection runs, teacher notifications, CSV exports and standard attendance reports require Growth or Pro. Known-expired paid access cancels Collection Assistant notification schedules the next time the app checks the entitlement. Branded reports, multi-month comparisons and guided attendance follow-ups require Pro. If your active-student count is above your current plan limit, you cannot add or reactivate another active student until you archive enough students or upgrade.
7. Fair use
You agree not to:
- Try to bypass plan limits, or access another user’s data
- Attack, overload, reverse-engineer or probe the service
- Resell or rent access to your account
- Use the app for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold
We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance, updates or problems at our hosting providers may cause interruptions. If a fault on our side makes the app unusable for a significant part of a period you paid for, contact us and we will refund it.
9. Keep your own backup
FeeOne is a convenience, not a legal or accounting system of record. For tax, audit or any legally required purpose, keep your own independent records. Do not rely on this app as your only copy.
10. Limits of our liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranty that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, lost fees, or losses arising from a mistake in data you entered.
Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using FeeOne whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you break these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and time to export your data.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and we will notify you in the app or by email if the change is significant. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Howrah, West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
